Most of our products are handmade-to-order, due to this, all sales of all products are final.

Twin C Designs guarantees our products and will repair it if it breaks - you only pay for shipping. However, we do not cover repairs needed due to negligence. If your animal chews the product or otherwise damages it, if you lose it in a river, if forget it on vacation, or if you damage it in a game of tug-of-war, etc we will not guarantee the product. We will happily repair neglected products for a service fee and shipping.

We happily accept Custom Orders! Payment for all custom orders is due before we start making your product. However, we will work to make sure we agree on what your order entails before we send an invoice. Custom Orders currently take 2-4 weeks to process depending on how big your project is, and we will give an better estimate at the time of your order. All sales are final.

Leather is a natural product and as such, the coloring and feel of the product could change over time. The natural oils in your hands will add a nice patina with use, the sun will darken leather, and over time, the leather could soften and get more supple.

Completed orders ship within 2 business days, but during busy seasons like Christmas, ship times can be longer or delayed. Please be patient and we will get your product to you as quickly as we can. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
